Payment Support

Use @CirclensBot for purchase and refund support. Include the payment time, Stars amount, and Telegram receipt.

Contact Circlens support in Telegram. Open Menu → Payments and refunds → Request a refund, then send the receipt or payment date, Stars amount and reason.

To stop future subscription charges, open your Stars subscriptions in Telegram and select Circlens. Cancelling renewal keeps paid access until expiry and does not refund past payments. An approved refund returns Stars to your Telegram balance and removes access from that payment.

Payments are handled in Telegram Stars and become active only after Telegram confirms a successful payment.

Before contacting support

Check that the payment receipt is visible in Telegram.
Reopen Circlens from the same Telegram account and render again.
Send the payment time, Stars amount, and Telegram receipt.
For refund reviews, include why the payment should be refunded.

Telegram support and general bot support cannot resolve purchases made through this bot. Circlens is responsible for reviewing legitimate payment disputes and donation thank-you issues. Approved Telegram Stars refunds are processed through Telegram's bot payment tools.
