Circlens is a Telegram Mini App for recording or importing videos, applying visual effects, and rendering Telegram-style circular video files. By using Circlens, you agree to these Terms.
Operator

Use @CirclensBot for purchase and refund support. Include the payment time, Stars amount, and Telegram receipt.
Payments are handled in Telegram Stars and become active only after Telegram confirms a successful payment.
Who may use Circlens
Circlens follows Telegram's own minimum age: you must be at least 13 years old to use it. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for using an online service or for agreeing to these Terms on your own, that higher age applies to you.
Purchases are for adults. If you are under 18, do not buy Circlens Pro or Circlens Studio without the consent of a parent or guardian, who then accepts these Terms with you. If we learn that a paid plan was bought by a child without that consent, we will refund it and cancel any subscription.
Use of the service
You must only upload or record content that you have the right to use. You are responsible for anything you create, download, send, or share with Circlens.
Circlens Pro
Circlens Pro is a paid plan bought with Telegram Stars. It removes the Circlens name from rendered videos, raises the maximum video length, unlocks the effects marked as Pro, and gives your renders priority when the queue is busy. The exact benefits and price are shown on the Pro page before you pay.
The monthly plan is a Telegram Stars subscription and renews automatically every 30 days until it is cancelled. The yearly plan is a single payment for twelve months and does not renew on its own.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do it. In Telegram, open Settings, then My Stars, then Subscriptions, select Circlens and cancel it. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; the Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
If we refund a subscription payment, we cancel the subscription at the same time, so no further renewal is taken. If you ever see a charge after cancelling, contact payment support with the date and amount and we will refund it.
If Telegram cannot set up a recurring subscription for your account, the same plan may instead be issued as a single payment covering one period. In that case nothing renews automatically and no further charge is made.
Prices are displayed in Telegram Stars. The cost of buying Stars depends on the platform and region.
Launch offer
The first 100 monthly Pro subscribers may purchase the introductory plan at 200 Telegram Stars per 30-day period for up to 12 payments during the first year of continuous renewal. A place is reserved when Telegram payment confirmation is approved; opening an invoice does not reserve a place. Test purchases do not count. A cancelled or expired introductory subscription cannot be restarted at the introductory price. After the final introductory period, automatic renewal stops, and you must confirm a new subscription at the standard price to continue. We do not automatically charge a higher price. Standard monthly Pro costs 400 Stars. Existing subscriptions retain their invoice price. Yearly Pro costs 3000 Stars for 365 days in one payment, without automatic renewal.
Circlens Studio
Circlens Studio lets you build reusable packs and share them by link. You are responsible for any image, text or trademark you upload, and you confirm that you have the right to use it. If you mark a pack as public, you allow other Circlens users to open and use that pack. We may remove packs that infringe rights or that break these Terms.
Invites
Invite rewards are granted once per invited account, only after that account makes its first circle, and only for genuine, distinct Telegram accounts. Rewards obtained through self-invites, automated accounts, or other manipulation may be withdrawn.
Previous donations
New donations are no longer offered. Existing donation thank-you access remains valid for its purchased period, and payment support and refunds remain available.
Delivery
Pro access and donation thank-you access are applied after Telegram sends Circlens a successful payment notification. A pre-checkout confirmation alone does not mean that the payment has completed.
Refunds and payment issues
If paid access does not activate, a payment is duplicated, or a payment needs review, open Payment Support. Refunds are reviewed manually and, when approved, are issued through Telegram Stars refund tools. Telegram support cannot resolve purchases made through this bot.
Most effects remain free. Donations are voluntary and affect only whether the Circlens name is shown on rendered videos; the Pro effects and the longer video limit are part of Circlens Pro.
Availability
Rendering speed, camera access, import behavior, effects, Telegram delivery, and browser compatibility can vary by device, browser, Telegram version, connection quality, and server load.
Changes
Circlens may change effects, limits, subscription prices, or features during the soft-launch period. Existing donation thank-you access will be honored according to the terms shown at donation time whenever technically possible.
