Circlens is a Telegram Mini App for recording or importing videos, applying visual effects, and rendering Telegram-style circular video files. By using Circlens, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You must only upload or record content that you have the right to use. You are responsible for anything you create, download, send, or share with Circlens.
Donations
Telegram Stars donations are voluntary infrastructure support. During the beta, a donation can remove the Circlens name from a limited number of renders for the period shown on the donation page.
Before an invoice is created, you must confirm that you have read and accepted the current Terms and the specific donation thank-you shown on the donation page.
Delivery
Donation thank-you access is applied after Telegram sends Circlens a successful payment notification. A pre-checkout confirmation alone does not mean that the payment has completed.
Refunds and payment issues
If a donation thank-you does not activate, is duplicated, or a payment needs review, contact payment support at circlix.bot@gmail.com or open Payment Support. Refunds are reviewed manually and, when approved, are issued through Telegram Stars refund tools. Telegram support cannot resolve purchases made through this bot.
Effects are currently available for free. Donations only affect whether the Circlens name is shown on rendered videos.
Availability
Rendering speed, camera access, import behavior, effects, Telegram delivery, and browser compatibility can vary by device, browser, Telegram version, connection quality, and server load.
Changes
Circlens may change effects, limits, donation tiers, or features during the soft-launch period. Existing donation thank-you access will be honored according to the terms shown at donation time whenever technically possible.
